Introducing...

Amy Nuetzman works closely with students on study skills, reading, and writing, both one-on-one and in the classroom. She originally moved to the Eugene area shortly after completing her B.A. in English, and spent one year studying massage therapy at Lane Community College. She then moved to New Mexico, where she spent two years earning an M.A. in English, teaching literature and composition, and watching the deer and the antelope play—in her backyard. Amy hoped to return to Eugene and was thrilled to find a position at ALS. Outside of ALS, she spends most of her time enjoying the company of family (including two much-loved dogs) and soaking in the great variety of community events, outdoor activities, and foods this area has to offer.

Email Amy at nuetzman@uoregon.edu.
