Timothy
R. McMahon is a faculty consultant in the Teaching Effectiveness Program. In this role, he works with faculty and graduate
teaching fellows on issues related to teaching and learning. Before coming to
the University of Oregon, Tim worked at Western Illinois University, the University of Iowa, Washington
State University, Lakeland College, and the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
Tim's professional interests include leadership development, chaos and systems
theory, and issues related to diversity. He loves the Chicago Cubs, Macintosh
computers, Diet Pepsis, the music of Bruce Springsteen, and learning more about
the Lewis and Clark Expedition.
